Camino Real Mall regarding the parking requirements for A.D.A. and Title 24 compliance, and they have indicated that they will bring the -current situation up to standard. Joe Ross, Assistant Mall Manager, has stated that a letter will be sent to you regarding this matter. Currently we have an approved, permitted plan ( 93-1296, dated August 18, 1994) to update our restrooms to A.D.A. and Title 24 standards. We are in the process of remodel at this time. The elevator handrail needs to be lowered six inches. We have verified that all other A.D.A.. requirements have been met. The elevator handrail -will be lowered the six inches to meet the new A.D.A. requirements, by October 30, 1994. -If you have any questions, please call me or Project Manager Bryan T�rudeau.
