Since the Hazardous Materials Division does not inspect homes or residences on hazardous substance storage, this would not be in our jurisdiction. As stated in my telephone conversation with both you and Mr. Arlan or Arman-the Fire Department would be the lead agency in this situation as whether there are requirements to be met for hazardous substance storage in a residential setting. I hope this clarifies things. If you have additional questions, please let me know.
