1. Prior to doing any demo or removal of any damaged portion of the wall,
Shore up 2nc1. floor on inside of office to stabilize and support it.

2. Replace damaged 6x6 post in correct position, using existing Hold Down.
3. Remove drywall from inside of office and Re-align bottom of wall
With new support post.
4. Repair or replace any damaged studs or sill plates as needed.
5. Install new sill plate anchor bolts as needed. (Expansion or Epoxy Bolts)
6. Call for Building Dept inspection prior to covering any new construction.
