• REMARKS: 1. Show on the plan the location of the handicapped parking and the path of travel
from the parking to the second floor where the TI will occur. 2. Show on the plans that the
existing stairs, and handrails comply with the current handicapped standards' 3. Window "D" at
the office must be tempered glass. It is within 24" of the new door. 4. Provide a lighting plan to
show the new fixtures and the switching requirements for the lights. Note that the lighting within
the daylit areas (within 15' of exterior window) must have separate dual switching controls.
