1. Please make all corrections on the original tracings and submit two new sets of
prints to

92123, (619) 560-1468 or to the jurisdiction's building department
2 Indicate on the Title Sheet of the plans the name of the legal owner and name of
the person responsible for the preparation of the plans. Section 302(a)7.
3 All sheets of plans must be signed by the person responsible for their
preparation (California Business and Professions Code)
4 Specify on the Title Sheet of the plans the gross floor area of each element of
this project, including dwelling Section 302(d)
5 Provide a statement on the Title Sheet of the plans that this project shall comply
