Based upon the information you have provided, staff can support the interior renovations and conversion of 5 dormitory rooms into 2 larger rooms. Since the future occupants of the rooms are intended to be persons who do not drive and do not own automobiles, the proposed improvements will not trigger any need for additional parking.
