California Mr Warner serves as the Director of Facilities, a position he has held since
February, 2006
In his capacity, Mr Warner is responsible for running a department that is responsible for
minor work, maintenance and repair, janitorial services and landscaping services
In the course of his duties, Mr Warner must occasionally obtain permits of various types
from the City of Carlsbad in order to support our annual capital program This
memorandum constitutes his authorization to transact business with the City of Carlsbad._-
