Ramsel Sill Anchorage: The Ramset fasteners are driren with a Ramset powder-actuated tool. The extenor wall foundation flares of 2-inch nominal thickness are attached to the foundation with h,rt Fahtenera and discs as indicated in Table No. 1. The 3348 extends 1'6 inches from the head. The spacings shown in Table No. I fasteners haw diameters of ,188 inch and ,218 inch. It is recommended that positive drainage, 6 inches of vertical fall in 6 feet horizontally, should be provided around the perimeter of the house in londscaped areas. Drainage system , .Olas Construction Company Project No. 82-6-3M -2 - June 4, 1982 should be provided to collect all runoff from roofs and conduct the water in watertight pipes either into the streets or storm drains. All surface drainage should be preventedfrom ponding adjacent to or running over the tops of slopes.
