Condominium Projects
1) All patio covers and decks shall comply with the
requirements of the UBC, Uniform Building Code.
2) Proof must be shown that the patio cover or deck has been
approved by the Homeowner's Association Architectural Review
Committee.
3) For the exterior property lines of a project, all applicable
setback requirements of the underlying zone shall be
complied with. If the underlying zone is PC, then the
setback requirements of the PUD Ordinance shall be complied
with.
