As vou know. we are applying for two building permits at 2612 and
2613 Cabrillo Place in the Laguna Village project. There were
two houses on the property prior to our commencing development
work which were demolished. The addresses of those houses were
902 and 926 Laguna Drive.
I am attaching a copy of the property tax records which indicate
that the two pre-existing homes were 720 square feet and 1,064
square feet. I am of the understanding that school fees would be
based on the square footage which is added. effectively giving
us a credit of the pre-existing square footage.

As per our discussion todap at the counter. we are applying for
two building permits at 2612 and 2613 Cabrillo Place in the
Laguna Village project. There were two houses on the property
prior to our commencing development work that were demolished.
The addresses of those houses were 902 and 926 Laguna Drive.
It is our understanding that we would receive a credit for the
sewer and water fees due to the existing houses. We would like
those credits issued for the permits currently being applied for.
