Pursuant to our conversation yesterday on the subject matter, I've prepared tfeis letter as you suggested and i agreed. The
previous foundation inspection made by you requested a plan change, letter and calculation for the affected joisting and pad
footings. I prepared that documentation thai very same day and bad it approved by your supervisor that afternoon, J went
to the site to inspect the trench pursuant to your notice and made sure that ail items were remedied before the concrete pour
that was scheduled the following morning.
Upon review and inspection of the aforementioned, I feel confident that the foundation and anchor bolts were installed in
accordance with the revised plan/details.

per minute (gpm) A typical fixture count and water demand worksheet is
attached. Once the gpm is provided, check against the "meter sizing
schedule" to verify the anticipated meter size for the unit
