Gentlemen:
This letter has been prepared to confirm that we have observed the footing
excavations for the proposed residence being constructed on the subject
site. Our observation indicated that:
a) The soil conditions exposed in the footing excavations do not
differ from the conditions anticipated in the referenced Geotechnical
Reports prepared for the subject site.
b) The depth and width of the footing excavations as well as the
reinforcing steel were found to comply with the recomnendations
presented in the referenced report and the structural plans for the
