S. Elmore, we are forwarding herewith the results of certain moisture checks made by us of the soils ot the subject site. The moisture checks were made at two randomly-salected locations, for the purpose of determining whether or not the moisture content of the soils is such as to comply substantially with our recommendations as presented in our report of Project No. 71-7-1iQ. That report was dated November 1, 1972, ad entitled "Grading Permit No. L-5930, Final Report on Compacted Filled Ground and Classification of Soil Conditions, Lots 413 to 404, inclusive and Certain Street Areas, Lo Costa Meadows Unit No. 3, Carlsbcd, California.
