Sec. 3305(g) door may open inward at the top step of a stairway provided the top step is not more than 7 1/2" lower than the floor level. Sec. 3303(i)2 Provide details of winding stairway. Mr. Harry Fries -2- July 13, 1982 Project No. 82-6-if It is recommended that positive drainage, 6 inches of vertical fall in 6 feet horizontally, should be provided around the perimeter of the house in landscaped areas. Drainage systems should also be provided to collect oil runoff from roofs and conduct the water in watertight pipes either into the streets or storm drains. All surface drainage should be prevented from ponding adjacent to or running over the tops of slopes.
