Jhe fills were placed during the period between March 171 1971 and May 10, 1973. Certain lots of this subdivision were not graded during the above period l and,the-classification of the expansivesod'. conditionspresented herein pertains only to_those lots, graded to level buildi,ng pods.during this initial site development'..
