I have visited the site and examined the framing at the above referenced residence in relation to the prcposed
removal of an interior wall between the hallway and bathroom tub. Ihave also examined the existing str4ctural
framing drawings for the residence in this area. Based on my site inspection and investigation, I approve of the
proposed work as structurally adequate per the attached (3) framing details.

I have examined the existing roof and floor framing at the above referenced residence in relation to the
proposed removal of an interior wall between the hallway and bathroom tub. I ha also examined the existing
structural framing drawings for the residence in this area. I have determined thai the wall to be removed is
neither a bearing wall nor a shear wall, and may be safely removed.
Please refer to the original structural roof framing drawings for the residence for more information.
