In regards to the enclosed letter sent to my contractor. Weir Brothers, on
June 2,1997, please be informed that the project at 2645 OBELISCO PL.,
Carlsbad, CA. (PC# CB961271), has been abandoned. I still intent to build, but
with modified plans. I am authorizing my assistant, Brett Barrett, to pick up the
plans that were submitted to the City of Carlsbad.
