Dear Paul,
As requested, we are writing to document the status of Suite 103 as it relates to the completion of the
Shop B shell building
Our permitted drawings for this building call for a completed "Vanilla TI" suite m Suite 103 Per our
drawings, Suite 103 includes ceiling, lighting, bathroom, dry wall, etc as is typical in our other suites
m the project. However, we are currently in lease negotiations with a restaurant tenant that would
take approximately 3,500 sf in Shop B, which would include both Suites 101 and 103 We elected to
stop the Vanilla TI work in Suite 103 because it was apparent from the tenant's space plan that our
Vanilla TI work would have to be demolished by the tenant when they performed their TI work
In light of the anticipated future TI work m Suite 103, we request that the City provide a final shell
signoff for the Shop B building when all other required work is complete m the building, with the
understanding that interior improvements in Suite 103 will be incorporated into the TI work for this
suite
