NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL CODE VIOLATION
ORDER TO REMOVE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: As the owner or occupant of the property located at 2654 Davis Place,
you are hereby notified that you are in violation of Carlsbad's Municipal Code, Section 18.04.010,
the construction of a patio cover without a valid building permit and in accordance with Condition
No. 1 of AV 89-3. See enclosed letter of approval.
You are hereby ordered to be in full compliance with the provisions of the Carlsbad Municipal
Code not later than September 13,1989. This matter will be referred to the City Attorney's Office
for legal action if you fail to comply by the above-referenced date.
