Landlord hereby approves Tenant's proposed signage submittal as noted with the revisions made by Landlord on Sheets 2 and 3. As requested, Landlord will provide Tenant with the "scroll" style blade sign bracket. Landlord has fabricated the bracket and will provide it to Tenant at Landlord's cost of $650, for installation by Tenant's signage vendor. Landlord will determine the exact location for the blade sign (based on a field review) and coordinate installation of the bracket.
