Provide calculations to show compliance with UPC Section 412.0 & Table 4-1, (Minimum Plumbing Facilities). 6. See the plumbing item #5 above and correct the water line sizing for the additional water closet. 7. Correct the plan to clearly show the tempering valves below each lavatory with hot and cold water inputs and tempered water output to lavatory faucet hot water connection. Hot water supplied to a public use lavatory is limited to a maximum temperature potential of 120 degrees. Detail how this temperature limitation is achieved. Note: The water heater thermostat may not be used for compliance with this Code section. UPC 413.1. 9.
