has .become null and void due to limitation of time on: 1-26-84
The provisions of Section 304 (c) of the Unifonn Building Code.states:
Sec. 304 (c) Es5iration of Plan Ch~ck. _Applications for which no permit is
· issued within l days following the date of application shalJ expire by
·1imitation and plans submitted for checking may thereafter be returned to the
applicant or destroyed by the Building Official. The Building Official may
extend the time for action by the·applicant for a period not exceeding 180
days upon written request by the applicant showing that circumstances beyond
the control of the applicant have prevented action from being taken. In
order to renew action on an application after expiration, the applicant
shall resubmit plans and pay a new plan check fee.
We will hold your plans for 10 days at our office for you to pick up, after which
time they will be destroyed. · · -If you have.any questions please contact the Carlsbad Building Department at
438-5525. . · -
