In reviewing your application staff has conclude the following exists: 1. The physical conditions of the site render the 4 inch minimum spacing requirement for the pool fence unnecessary to protect the public health and safety. In order for your project to receive final inspection approval from the City Building Department, you must renew the original building permit which expired on February 15, 1993. You may do this by paying a renewal fee equal to 25% of the original building permit fee. The amount of the renewal fee will be $18.75. Once the renewal fee is paid you must then request a final inspection by calling 438- 3101. This needs to be done so that all other aspects of the spa and the pool fence requirements can be inspected and signed off as complete.
