NOTE: Plans that are submitted directly to EsGil Corporation only will not be
reviewed by the City Planning, Engineering and Fire Departments until review by EsGil
Corporation is complete.
Plans and calculations shall be signed by the California state licensed engineer
or architect where there are structural changes to existing buildings or structural
additions. Please include the California license number, seal, date of license
expiration and date plans are signed. Business and Professions Code.
Provide a statement on the Title Sheet of the plans stating that this project shall
comply with the 1998 edition of the California Building Code (Title 24), which
adopts the 1997 UBC, UMC and UPC and the 1996 NEC.
The tenant space and new and/or existing facilities serving the remodeled area
must be accessible to and functional-for the physically disabled. Title 24. These
will have to be field verified. .
Rooms with more than 10 occupants may have one exit through one adjoining
room. Revise exits to comply. Section 1004.2.2. See the next correction.
Clearly show where the non-rated corridor system terminates and a rated
corridor system commences. Recheck the area by the reception area, elevator
lobby and the stairway enclosure. There is also a possible dead end corridor at
this location.
