b)There shall be a minimum of two FC power within 50 feet from all unobstructed
directions from the face of the automated teller machine. In the event the automated
teller machine is located within 10 feet of the corner of the building and the automated
teller machine is generally accessible from the adjacent side, there shall be minimum of
two FC power along the first 40 unobstructed feet of the adjacent side of the building.
(c)There shall be a minimum of two FC power in that portion of the defined parking area
within 60 feet of the automated teller machine.
• Please provide FC layout including ATM face vertical section to illustrate above
requirements are met. Note: The statistics for the site FC layout should be
completed with Max/Min data and average FC layout for a completed compliance
demonstration. Cal. Fin. Code §13041.
2. Please complete the circuit and conduit design for the lighting proposed. Include
completed lighting control scheme detailing each separate control function.
3. Please demonstrate compliance with City of Carlsbad amended California Green Code,

included in the building permit application. It may be necessary to supplement the completed checklist with
supporting materials, calculations or certifications, to demonstrate full compliance with CAP ordinance
requirements. For example, projects that propose or require a performance approach to comply with energy-
related measures will need to attach to this checklist separate calculations and documentation as specified by
the ordinances.
