And sheet M-4 shows return air openings from the HVAC unit serving the fire rated corridor and the required fire separated elevator lobby. Please correct and show the required smoke and fire dampers. 37 "Air-moving system is a system designed to provide heating, cooling, or ventilation in which one or more air-handling units are used to supply air to a common space or to draw air from a common plenum or space " Please provide the required smoke detection in supply air duct of 'air-moving system1 for required shut-off for smoke control as per UIVIC, Section 608 and also see Section 203 On sheet M-1 clearly show the fan coil units that require smoke detection in the supply air ducts, where more than one fan coif unit is in an "air-moving system The note #8 on sheet M-1 does not clearly show the HVAC units in the "air-moving systems" that require smoke detection in the supply air ducts. Please clearly detail on the plans, in the Equipment Schedule or on the HVAC ducting floor plans. • ENERGY CONSERVATION 43 Provide automatic shut-off controls for lighting as per Title 24, Part 6, Section 131(d) (5,000 square foot exemption has been elimmated-AB 970 energy design change) Correct the plans to clearly show the proposed type of controls for the lighting in the new third floor level fire rated corridor to provide the required Automatic Shut-off Controls. (No motion sensors shown?) No details of timer system with timed 2 hour override switch. The lighting circuit for the new third floor level fire rated corridor is not clear?
