The Blankenships desire to construct a private swimming pool at their home. In the recent past you may have been approached by True Blue Pool Construction, Inc., which is also known as True Blue Pools. The Blankenships had once planned to have a swimming pool constructed by True Blue Pools, and I believe that this contractor may have contacted you for the issuance of a building permit and/or an encroachment permit. The Blankenships are no longer doing business with True Blue Pools. On December 191 assisted the Blankenships in formally terminating True Blue Pools as their contractor by sending them both a letter informing them of the termination, and a legal Notice of Rescission of Contract, signed by both me and by Mr, Blankenship. I do not believe it is necessary to explain the legal reasons that such termination was given, but please rest assured that True Blue Pools, True Blue Pool Construction, Inc., and their principals, including, but not limited to Richard Batten, are no longer authorized to represent the Blankenships in connection with any building permit application, or other application pertaining to their home.
