mechanical, or energy are affected by this improvement, additional permits .are required by

Provide data on the proposed hazardous materials to be stored and used. Preéent.the
description of the hazardous materials in a format that coincides with the material
classifications found in CBC Tables 307.1" (1) and 3,07.1(2).
Clearly show the types of hazardous materials being stored or used Provide a list of
the proposed hazardous materials; include the material safety data sheets (MSDS), if
applicable
Clearly show the amounts for each type of hazardous material to be stored and in
use.
Clearly show the locations in the building where each type of hazardous material, is
being stored or used.
