This letter follows our meeting on July 15, 1992. The meeting was for me to confirm the basis
for the Fire Marshall· referring a complaint to my office. The complaint alleged that a
substantial amount of construction inside the tenant space had occurred without permits or -
approvals from th~ Building artd Fire Departments.
Confirming this, I appreciate your stated.concerns and your commitment to eventually permit
and repair the deficiencies created by the construction. As you stated; you will be submitting
tenant improvement plans _to my office ·no later than July 31, 1992. Should this date pass
without further contact from you, the complaint will be forwarded directly to the City Attorney's
office for the issuance of a citation. ·
