First visit was on March 29,2013 for the caissons and the second was on April 9, 2013 for the grade beam. Based on these visits the construction of the grade beam and caissons are in conformance with the approved plans. I performed a second structural observation on May 21 for Grade Beam for 2721 building and Caissons for 2719 and 2723 buildings. Based on these visits the construction of the grade beam and caissons are in conformance with the approved plans.
