Edgemon, hereinafter called the C~ne'r'
Recitals. Th6 Owner wishes t6 'Construct imDrovements over a portion of
District sewer easement!'; which conta"In sewer facil'ities. The District is
willinq,to allow such c6ristruction u'pon the terms and conditions contained in
this License Agreement.
IT IS, THEREFORE, AGREED BETWEEN THE OWNER AND THE DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS'
Construction Improvements. The District hereby grants a license to
the tMner to construct concrete driveway, brick walk, brick edging, large
specimen tree and stuccc I i wall over a,'portion of the District's easement described
in Exhibit "A", attache~l hereto and by this reference made a'part hereof. The
improvements shall be constructed in'accordance with plans submitted to the
District. A plot plan ~howing the l'ocation of the proposed improvements is attached
hereto as Exhibit "B" b~ this refere~nce made a p.art hereof. Construction sh'all not
