Please provide the listing and installation information for the new roll-up sectional doors. Please provide the manufacturer's specifications showing the glazing to be consistent with the ENV energy design. Section 107.2. 2. Provide a section view of all new interior partitions. Show: a) Type, size and spacing of studs. Indicate gauge for metal studs. Specify manufacturer and approval number or indicate "to be ICC approved". b) Method of attaching top and bottom plates to structure. (NOTE: Top of partition must be secured to roof or floor framing, unless suspended ceiling has been designed ·for partition lateral load). c) Show height of partition and suspended ceiling, and height from floor to roof framing or floor framing. 3. Please provide a reflected ceiling plan. 4. Provide complete energy designs for the proposed changes in the lighting, and mechanical systems. Provide the completed L Tl, and MECH forms showing energy compliance. 5. On the plans clearly show the wall and roof insulation locations, thickness, and R-values, as per the energy design. 6. Please provide a detail to show how the roll-up doors will be sealed per the ENV mandatory measures. 7. The completed and signed LTI, and MECH forms must be imprinted on the plans. 8. Provide mechanical plans, showing existing and proposed HVAC equipment, ducts and access to equipment. 13. Please revise the plans to show the restroom to be equipped with an environmental air exhaust fan sized to provide the minimum exhaust rate per Table 403.7 of the CMG. Advisory Note : When alterations, structural repairs or additions are made to an existing building, that building, or portion of the building affected, is required to comply with all of the following requirements, per Section 11 B-202.4: • The area of specific alteration, repclir or addition must comply as "new" construction. • A primary entrance to the building and the primary path of travel to the altered area, must be shown to comply with all accessibility features. • Existing toilet and bathing facilities that serve the remodeled area must be shown to comply with all accessibility features. • Please address the following comments that are the result of the alterations. 14. Show oh the site plan the complying disabled accessible path of travel from the disabled accessible parking spaces to the primary entrance of the tenant space. Please provide detailed· plans of the path of travel, indicate slope and width, any pedestrian ramps, curb ramps, walks, handrails, provide dimensioned parking stall details etc. 15. Show, or note, that there is a level floor or landing on each side of all doors. The floor or landing is to be~½" lower than the doorway threshold, per Section 11 B- 404.2.5. 16. Show or note th~t the maximum effort to operate doors shall not exceed 5 pounds, with such pull or push effort being applied at right angles to hinged doors and at the center plane of sliding or folding doors. It is apparent from the plans the restroom servicing the tenant improvement is not disabled accessible, please provide a dimensioned restroom plans showing the restroom to be accessible compliant. 22. Note that the doorways leading to sanitary facilities shall be identified, per Section 11B-703.7.2.6, as follows: a) An equilateral triangle ¼" thick with edges 12" long and a vortex pointing upward at men's rest rooms. b) A circle¼" thick, 12" in diameter at women's rest rooms. c) A 12" diameter circle with a triangle superimposed on the circle and within the 12" diameter at unisex rest rooms. d) The required symbols shall be centered on the door at a height of 58" -60". e) Braille signage shall also be located on the wall adjacent to the latch outside of the doorways leading to the sanitary facilities. 23.
