corrections based on laws and ordinances enforced by the Planning Department, Engineering
Department, Fire Department or other departments. Clearance from those departments may be
required prior to the issuance of a building permit

Please clarify the section view of all new interior partitions Show
Indicate gauge for metal studs. Specify manufacturer and approval
number or indicate "to be ICBO approved"
Show height of partition and suspended ceiling, and height from floor to
roof framing or floor frarriing.
2.. Provide complete energy designs for the proposed changes in the building
envelope system (new conditioned floor area) Provide the completed ENV-
forms showing energy compliance
3 On the plans clearly show the wall and roof insulation locations, thickness, and
R-values, as per the energy design.
4 Please review the requirements, revise the plans appropriately and imprint on
the plans the City of Carlsbad Policies and Procedures for Roof Mounted

5 The completed and signed ENV-1 forms must be imprinted on the plans
6 Please correct the LTG-1 -C forms the floor area of the alteration is 1078sf Show
the lighting in the warehouse to also comply.
7. Please indicate on the lighting plans the locationof the automatic time switch
and the bypass switch indicated in the LTG-17C documents
8 Please indicate in the MECH-1-C part 2 of 2 form the person responsible for
providing the required forms
9 When alterations structural repairs or modifications or additions are made to an
existing building, that building, or portion of the building affected, is required to
