Descriptions of Facility •- The facility is an approximately 1200 square foot, one story, light industrial tenant space within a multitenant building.' Interior' height is appioximately 16 -f eet.' 'The construction, is Type V-N, fully sprinklered for' Extra Hazard, Group 1 under the 1988 UBC. - The -use of the facility is primarily for Lthe construction of custom cabinetry for .installation elsewhere. There is a 102 square foot office area, 120 square foot display' area, ' and' 42 square foot restroom in the.-front-of the facility. - The remaining area is 936 square feet for wood working - operations., 1165 East San Antonio Drive •' Suite D • Long Beach, California 90807 • Tel (213) 422-2205 • Fax (213) 422-0054 Page Two; Mark Johnson 4 June 1992 The machines and their operations are open to the space -as opposed-to contained `within an enclosure and hence afford negligible, chance of producing a local, primary dust explosion.
