Through an investigation, it was determined that the electric meter sockets at the above
address are damaged and will need to be replaced. At this time all three phases of your
service are being jumpered and you are not being billed properly.
We request your electrician contact SDG&E's Planning Department and complete
his work and obtain city or county inspection within 30 days from the date of this
letter in order to avoid discontinuance of electrical service.
If [ may be of further assistance or if you have any questions, please call me at the
numbers listed below. Our hours arc from 8:00 AM -5:00 PM. Monday through Friday.
