Stacie,
Per our telephone conversation, I have reviewed the proposed Pool plan for the above-mentioned property.
SDG&E has "no conflict" with the proposed pool, as the existing twelve (12) foot wide overhead electric easement
is no longer in use.
Also, after further review, SDG&E has decided to Quit Claim this easement at no cost to the property owners it
may affect.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
