As I explained to you, the. tenant, Interior Specialist has purchased partitions which are 65" tall. It seems that to ask them to discard their 65" panels and purchase panels which are 4" taller is extreme and missing the "spirit of the code". Per "Exception 5" we are locating a smoke alarm system along the corridor. Additionally, the partitions will be permanently fixed to the floor.
