TITLE 1A.28.02D of the Carlsbad Municipal Code reauires that your
swimming pool and/or spa be fenced. The fence shall be five feet
high and have self closing gates and latches with the latches at
least four feet above qrade. There shall be no openings in the
fence laraer than four inches. The fence must have an aDproved
final inspection from this department prior to final insoection
of the pool.
