component at the subject property received approval through Major Redevelopment
Permit (RP 01-06) on June 16, 2002. The project does not require any additional
land use permits because the proposed work qualifies as an interior improvement to
the approved structure. Therefore, the Housing & Redevelopment Department
supports the issuance of building permit.
