Effective embedment: 9" per det. 3/SD.1 Note: All holes were drilled with a rotary hammer drill and carbide lipped bit, then brushed with a nylon brush and blown out with compressed air until dust free prior to injecting the epoxy. The entire procedure meets or exceeds plan details and ESR-2508 requirements. No discrepancies were observed or noted. All work is subject to City of Carlsbad approval.
