1. Remove existing from repair area and stack elsewhere.
2. Clean existing underlayment free of all loose debris as needed.
3. Apply sealant or torch applied SBS Modified patch at all nail holes as needed.
4. Install pan tiles with proper Stainless-Steel nails.
5. Install properly mixed mortar on all cap tiles to best match existing installation.
6. Install cap tiles with Stainless-Steel wire ties.
7. Clean all debris caused by TWM Roofing and haul away.
8. This proposal includes the necessary Scaffolding to complete the project in a safe manner for all.
