Show on the site plan the complying disabled accessible path of travel from the disabled accessible parking spaces to the primary entrance of the tenant space. Once the alarm has been cleared, the FD-2A or FD-3A automatically resets and is immediately ready for the next test or alarm activation. The need to reset the fire door is eliminated. There are no levers, pulleys, chains or pins that have to be reset, and there is never a need for a ladder. At Cookson, completely automatic means just that! Multi Voltage Input Each unit is designed for multiple voltage input depending on the building conditions. FD-2A's and FD-3A's can use 120 Volt AC, 24 Volt AC or24 Volt DC power from an external source or central alarm system. Because of the low power consumption design, the FD-2A and FD-3A operators are compatible with most sophisticated building alarm systems and can even accept a battery back-up power source. A 10 second time delay reduces unwanted drops due to temporary power failure or central alarm/local smoke detector activation. Easy to Install and Maintain The FD-2A and FD-3A Auto-Test'" Operators bolt to the door for easy installation. These compact chain and crank operator designs include a built-in, automatic reset release for connection to a central alarm system or local detectors.
