Staff has reviewed the proposed enclosure for screening the air compressor and
water circulation un1t. Approval 1s granted for the enclosure subject to·the
fo11owing conditions;
I. Enc1osute sha11 be constructed of smooth concrete block which shall
be of the same color1ng as the bu1ld1ng.
2. The metal louver gates shal1 be painted to match the doors of the
building.
3. All equipment shall be completely screened from the surrounding arl$aS. No equipment sha1l project above the he1ght of the enclosure.
4. Approval is granted for the enclosure as shown on Exhibit "A" dated
8/8/88 on fi1e in the Planning Department {in ?IP 85-7}.
