The value shall include all finish work,
painting, roofing, electrical, plumbing,
heating, air conditioning, elevator, fire
extinguishing systems and any other permanent
equipment. Please provide a signed copy of the
designer's or contractor's construction cost
estimate of all work proposed.
Provide a plot-plan showing the distance from
the building to the property lines and the
location of tenant space (or remodel) within
the building. -

Lateral bracing for suspended ceiling must be

the ceiling and 'roof above so that no,
concealed space exceeds 3,000 s.f. and no
horizontal dimension exceeds 60 L.F. (if space

building has an automatic sprinkler system,

An automatic, sprinkler system shall be
installed in rooms used by the occupants for
the consumption of alcohol and in accessory
uses where the total area of such unseparated
rooms and assembly uses exceeds 5000 'square
feet. Section 3802(c).

,hearing impaired. Flashing visual warnings
shall have a frequency of not more than 60
flashes per minute.
