CB023832 - Final Inspection, Village by the Sea, Building 7
I received the request for final inspection for the above referenced project. The
Housing and Redevelopment Department cannot approve the request at this
time. The developer of the project is required to complete the community
recreation amenities and exterior landscaping prior to the issuance of any further
certificates of occupancy for this project. Further, the developer must also satisfy
their requirements under the City's Inclusionary Housing Ordinance. Until both
of these items are resolved, the Housing and Redevelopment Department
requests that no final certificates of occupancy be issued for this project.
