I am wiiting on behalf of Matthew Focht Enterprises, Ine. ("Focht") to request the itnmedlale
withdrawal of the permit application referenced above relating to 2762 Gateway Road, Carlsbad, California
92009 ("the Properly'").
Focbt was the owner of record ofthe Property until October 28, 2011, when it was conveyed to
2762 Gateway LLC, pursuant to tlie enclosed grant deed. Because ownership of the property has been
transferred, Focht no longer intends to proceed with the tenant improvements which were the subject of
PennitNo.CBlll66].
