Just a FYI that I have a plan back from our expedited review process for demo of the existing fire pit ( north east corner
of patio - front pit - the one that the ignited the patron a year or so).
It is the demo of existingCMU wall and installation of decorative railings, thereby increasing seating in front area.
It has been recommended for approval - any comments?
