The new condition shall read: Prior to Parcel map recordation the existing garage door to the two car garage on the remainder parcel shall be relocated from the south facing wall to the east facing wall. The reason for this is that it was determined that the existing garage can be found legally nonconforming as to its set back requirement since the City was requiring additional right-of-way along Buena Vista which created the setback nonconformity.
