Indicate on the Title Sheet of the plans, the name of the legal owner and name of person responsible for the preparation of the plans. Section 302(d). Each sheet of the plans must be signed by the person responsible for their preparation, even though there are no structural changes. Business and Professions Code. Plans and calculations shall be signed by the California state licensed engineer or architect where there are structural changes to existing buildings or structural additions.
