I have reviewed the construction plans for building no. 1 of El
Fuerte Business Park and the location of the new door. This wall
is appears to be a structural shear wall. The opening reduces
the length by about 20%, however the location of the opening is
not in a critical area. Also, there is a long framed wall alon
this same shear line which will resist a substantial amount of
force. It is my opinion that this new door opening will not
affect the srtuctural integrity of this building.
